Building a new home is a very exciting time.  I will personally meet with you to answer all your questions from design to completion.  We have no commissioned sales staff, you will deal directly with the me, your Contractor. As your Contractor, I visit the job sites personally.  I have a superintendent and office manager, who will be happy to assist you at our office or on the phone. The key factors in building your dream home is a good relationship, trust, confidence, and open communication with your builder.  T.A.S. Designer Homes is that builder.

As a custom home builder, we can build from your plan or one of our designer series home plans.  We have been home designers, operating as T.A.S. Technical Services, for the past 25 years, right here in Hernando County.  We have thousands of home plans on file which can be used as is or customized to your preferences.  We can assist you in developing a custom plan from the preliminary stages to the final engineered drawings.  From the initial concept to the final punch-out, we’ll be there to make sure that every detail is the way you want it.
